Responsibilities
- We ask that you treat your clinicians and practice staff with the same courtesy and respect.
- If you change your name, address or telephone number that you let us know straight away.
- Please do everything you can to keep appointments and if you are unable to attend to inform us as soon as possible.
- Please try to be punctual, if you arrive late for appointments, it may cause delay for other patients. If you do arrive late it will be at the discretion of the clinician as to whether you are seen or asked to make a further appointment.
- Please do not ask for a home visit unless you are unable to attend the surgery at all, if you do need a home visit, please try and call before 11:00am.
- Please ensure that you allow sufficient time when ordering your prescriptions, so that you do not run out of medication completely.
